Where do you ship?
Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands. Every order is printed and sent from within the EU, so there are no customs charges for these countries.
How long does delivery take?
Each item is printed after you order. Allow 2 to 5 working days for printing and then delivery time on top. Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 working days of ordering. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your country and what is in your basket. See the shipping policy for current rates.
Why did my order arrive in two parcels?
Items are printed separately and are sometimes sent separately. You are only charged shipping once.
What size should I get?
Tees are a classic unisex fit. Hoodies are a loose unisex fit and true to size. If you are between sizes and like more room, go up one. Because items are printed to order, we cannot swap sizes afterwards, so check before you buy.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, we replace it free of charge. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Because every item is printed for you, we do not take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size. Your statutory rights are not affected. Full details are in the returns policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. Once printing has started the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
How do I look after the print?
Wash garments inside out at 30°C, tumble dry low and do not iron over the print. Mugs can go in the dishwasher, though hand washing keeps the print sharp for longer.
Do the colours look exactly like the photos?
Product photos are digital mock-ups, so colours can differ slightly on the real item. The natural tee is unbleached cotton with small dark flecks.
