Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands. Orders are printed and dispatched from within the EU, so there are no customs duties or import charges for these countries.

 

Production and delivery times

Each item is printed after you order. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Delivery time is added on top. Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 working days of ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and busy periods can add a few days.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery country and the items in your basket. Current rates for a single item:

Ireland: tee 7.79 EUR, hoodie 8.19 EUR, mug 8.19 EUR

Germany: tee 3.99 EUR, hoodie 5.59 EUR, mug 5.59 EUR

Netherlands: tee 4.69 EUR, hoodie 7.79 EUR, mug 6.89 EUR

Each extra item in the same order adds a smaller amount, shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Tracking

You receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships.

 

Orders sent in more than one parcel

Items are printed separately and may be sent in separate parcels. You pay shipping once, at checkout.

 

Wrong address or undelivered parcels

Check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we will contact you about sending it again. The cost of sending it again is yours.

 

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email tradesideclub@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you.
