- About us
- This website is run by Edgars Paeglis, trading as Tradeside, 33 Cooline Crest, Cobh, Co. Cork, P24 EA17, Ireland. Email: tradesideclub@gmail.com. These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Products
Every item is printed to order by our production partner in the EU. Product images are digital mock-ups. Colours, print position and print size can vary slightly on the finished item.
3. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the email confirming that your order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable or the price was shown incorrectly, and we will refund anything you have paid.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and are the final price for the product. Tradeside is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown separately. Shipping is added at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order.
5. Delivery
We deliver to Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands. Delivery times are estimates. See the shipping policy.
6. Returns and faulty items
See the returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
7. Intellectual property
The Tradeside name, wordmark, designs, text and images on this website belong to Tradeside. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission.
8. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it. We are not liable for business losses; products are sold for private use.
9. Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong, email us and we will try to put it right. If you live in the EU you may also use a consumer dispute resolution body in your country.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country and may bring proceedings in its courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
